Supporting Research
OICR recognizes the importance of supporting investigator-driven research. Since 2002, $77.2 million has been awarded to 150 projects in 22 institutions.
In 2003, the Cancer Research Fund (CRF) was established to support Ontario cancer researchers conducting translational cancer research from validation of novel drug targets and development of new treatments to their clinical application.
