Undergraduate Opportunities

OICR’s undergraduate engagement programs provide opportunities for university and college students throughout Ontario to develop an understanding of cancer research and careers. We hope to broaden student awareness of cancer research and career options, and to encourage undergraduates to develop their academic and career interests in cancer research.

Co-op placements and internships

OICR offers co-operative education and internship opportunities throughout the academic calendar year. Opportunities are coordinated and posted through various university and college work placement offices. Postings and the application process follow the university term schedule, and typically begin four months before the anticipated start date.
