Jeanette Dias D’Souza
Ms. Jeanette Dias D’Souza is OICR’s Vice-President Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer, leading the development and implementation of the Institute’s financial and human resources strategies.
Dias D’Souza possesses a wealth of experience as a financial executive within the broader public sector. She most recently served as Director, Operations at the Institute for Management and Innovation at the University of Toronto where she helped lead the Institute’s launch. Prior to that role she was the Vice-President, Finance and Administration at Seneca College. Dias D’Souza also worked within the Ontario Public Service including time as the Assistant Deputy Minister and Chief Administrative Officer of the Ministry of Research and Innovation and the Ministry of Consumer Services.
Dias D’Souza is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Toronto. She has also earned a Masters of Education degree from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. Dias D’Souza also holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
