Kim has 30 plus years of  knowledge in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development and extensive experience driving transformational change from concept to implementation and subsequent sustainability.   During her career Kim has also acquired extensive government experience at the Provincial, Regional and Municipal level and Broader Public Sector experience attained as an executive in two academic health hospitals in Ontario.

Over the span of her career she has implemented the Ontario Public Service, Talent Management Program,  the National Standard For Psychological Health and Safety and created the first in Canada Employer led Psychological Service for employees and physicians.

Kim has mentored several aspiring leaders through the CivicAction Diverse City Fellows Program and was a member of the Mental Health Champions Committee.
